ALBANOTTE means “from dawn to night.” It’s the Italian rhythm of coffee — a cup for every moment, from the first light to the last sip. Five single-origin blends, small-batch roasted in Bergen County, New Jersey.
The Founder
ANTONIO GRECO
I grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey — one of the deepest Italian-American communities in the country. Sunday dinners that ran for hours. Espresso after every meal. Quality was never optional, it was a given.
I spent years in real estate, building a business from the ground up. That experience taught me how to create something real — how to connect with people, how to build trust, and how to put in the work when nobody’s watching. Coffee started as a personal obsession: sourcing better beans, learning to roast, chasing the perfect cup. It became ALBANOTTE.
The name comes from “all’alba, notte” — from dawn to night. Every blend is named for a moment in the Italian day: Buongiorno for the morning, Ciao a Tutti for the social hour, La Dolce Vita for the afternoon pause, Senza Fretta for the evening wind-down, Mezzanotte for midnight. The idea is simple: there’s a right coffee for every part of your day.
ALBANOTTE isn’t trying to be everything. We roast five blends, we roast them well, and we roast them fresh to order in Harrington Park, NJ. No warehouse. No shelf life. No shortcuts.
The Coffee
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Every ALBANOTTE blend is specialty grade, single-origin coffee — sourced from specific farms and co-ops in Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia, and Rwanda. We work with importers who prioritize transparency and direct trade relationships.
We roast in small batches in Harrington Park, NJ. Every bag is roasted to order, which means your coffee was on the roaster within 48 hours of your purchase. It doesn’t sit in a warehouse. It doesn’t collect dust on a shelf. You get it at peak freshness.
The difference between specialty coffee and what you find at the grocery store is real. Our beans score 83+ on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. That means cleaner flavors, more complexity, and no defects. You can taste it in every cup.

ALBANOTTE is a coffee brand first, but the vision is bigger. Italian-style biscotti, designed to pair with every blend. Streetwear that carries the same energy as the coffee — premium, intentional, rooted in culture.
