Welcome to ALBANOTTE. By using this website (albanotte.com) and
purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. ABOUT US

ALBANOTTE is a specialty coffee brand operated by Antonio Greco as
a sole proprietorship, located at 55 Walnut Street, Suite 204,
Norwood, NJ 07648.

2. PRODUCTS

We sell specialty grade single-origin coffee, biscotti, and related
goods. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the
right to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot
guarantee that the colors and details shown on your screen exactly
match the physical product.

3. PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change
without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and
reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed
at an incorrect price.

4. ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide
is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method
provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason,
including but not limited to product availability, errors in
pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and
applicable third-party providers. We do not store your full payment
information on our servers.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including logos, brand names, blend
names, copy, photography, and design — is the property of
ALBANOTTE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without
written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any
way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ALBANOTTE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our
products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the
purchase price of the product in question.

10. ALLERGEN AND DIETARY DISCLOSURE

Our biscotti are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy,
nuts, and other common allergens. If you have a food allergy,
please contact us at ciao@albanotte.com before ordering.

Our coffee is roasted in a facility that exclusively handles coffee
beans. No tree nuts, peanuts, or dairy are processed in our
roasting environment.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on
this page with the revised "Last updated" date.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
