Made in the traditional Italian cantucci style — small enough for
two or three bites, made for dunking. Real espresso baked into the dough. Mini chocolate chips folded through. Twice-baked the proper way for that crisp, dry texture. The chocolate softens just slightly when it hits hot coffee — that's the point.
Hand-baked in small batches with unbleached flour, real eggs, real butter, sugar, espresso, and mini semisweet chocolate chips. No preservatives, no shortcuts.
